With a vote of 49 against and 10 in favor, the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) opposed the pending live entertainment application at Ristorante Lucia. Attorney Michael Overson represented Donato Frattaroli who was visiting Italy, in part to deliver funds raised for earthquake victims.
