North End Family Fun Festival and National Night Out August 6 – 12

North End Against Drugs, along with the Nazzaro Center, A Taste of the North End and Eversource, has announced the schedule for the annual North End Family Fun Festival.

Monday, August 6: Emilie Pugliano / Robert Decristoforo Neighborhood Boat Cruise. 7 p.m. loading at Long Wharf. Cruise time 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Call (617) 750-9749 to reserve a spot, space is limited.

Tuesday, August 7: National Night Out held at DeFilippo Park “The Gassy” on Prince Street from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Free pizza, DJ, balloon guy, face painting, reptile petting zoo, slush cart, instruments, RUFF dog park activities and much more. Mayor’s National Night Out Cavalcade and Public Safety Award presentation at 6:30 p.m. See photos from last year’s National Night Out.

Wednesday, August 8: Movie night at the Gassy Park. Free pizza at 7 p.m. This week’s movie, “The Boss Baby,” will begin at dark.

Thursday, August 9: Family game night on the Rose Kennedy Greenway from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Lawn games for the whole family held at North End Park Parcel #10 at Hanover Street and Cross Street.

Friday, August 10: Puppet show at Boston Worship Center at 11 a.m. on Salutation Street.

Saturday, August 11: 28th Annual LaFesta Baseball Exchange. Game 1 at Puopolo Park begins at 5 p.m.

Sunday, August 12: 28th Annual LaFesta Baseball Exchange. Game 2 at Puopolo Park begins at 10 a.m.

Free Community Night with Shakespeare Concert on Thursday, July 17th
