  1. This location has been vacant for years now. There was plenty of time for other business owners to put something there.

  2. Hi Mark,
    when Charter Realty came before the Board 2 years ago, they had said they would offer the NEW spaces to local business owners, they never even made an attempt. Two of the three stores have been occupied by a juicer and a nail salon. The 3rd store, the forever empty bread and butter, was never available to be leased, they did not want a tenant there during the transition period. I hope this clarifies the situation a little. Thanks
