
Welcome back to our weekly update that highlights some of the cases appearing on 311 in the North End/Waterfront neighborhoods. All 311 cases are public information and can be found at 311.boston.gov.
Missing North Square Bricks
“Bricks need to be replaced.”

The original 311 post can be found here. This case was submitted and opened on April 20rd, 2018. It was then closed on April 27th, 2018, with the following message: “Closed with status: Case Resolved. This location has been inspected and, where possible, temporary repairs or safety improvements were made. We have referred this location for a permanent repair. See case #101002464037 for status of the permanent repair.”
Langone Park Lights Are Still Out
“Park lights on waterfront still out, despite ticket being closed.”

Newly Installed Salem Street Streetlamp Causes Sidewalk Issues

“Sidewalk is falling apart near the installed street lamp. There is just tar around the lamp, which should have cement to begin with, but the tar is caving in and should be fixed. Someone is going to get hurt.”
