It’s Friday, February 16 and school vacation week is officially here! 2:00PM North End Library Friday Film Series: “Starting Over”. Join the North End Library at 25 Parmenter Street for their Friday film series featuring movies set in Boston. This week’s film is “Starting Over”, see additional details here.

3:00PM Year of the Dog: Chinese New Year Stories and Craft. Stop by the North End Library at 25 Parmenter Street after school to celebrate the Year of the Dog with crafts, stories and snacks.

City councilors consider bill to regulate short-term rentals in Boston

Restrictions and regulations on short-term rentals in the city of Boston could very well soon become a reality. A City Council hearing earlier this week focused on an ordinance that would regulate these types of Airbnb like services, The Daily Free Press has the full story.
