Santa Claus IS Coming to Town on Sunday; Christmas Parade & Santa Skate

Santa Claus will be making his annual helicopter ride from the North Pole to the North End on Sunday, December 17th.

Festivities begin at 2:00PM at Puopolo Park on Commercial Street. Please join Santa’s friends and elves and sing along to your Christmas & Holiday favorites with the North End Marching Band, as we await the arrival of Santa at 2:30PM. Help give Santa a warm welcome to the North End and join him in a short parade to the Steriti Skating Rink for the Columbus Day Committee’s Annual Santa Skate Toy Drive.

Enjoy skating, holiday music & caroling, face painting, refreshments, and a try your luck at a raffle. Please bring an unwrapped toy for a child (13 and younger).  Santa and his friends will be available for photos!

This year’s festivities are celebrated in memory of Jimmy Pallotta and brought to you by the North End Columbus Day Celebration, North End Athletic Association, Representative Aaron Michlewitz, Senator Joe Boncore, Marquis Health Services, Saint Anthony’s Club & the Madonna Del Soccorso Society.

Special thanks to the Department of Conservation and Recreation and Mayor’s Office of Sports, Tourism & Entertainment & The Boston Bruins.

Friends of North End Library Bring Holiday Cheer at Annual Luncheon
