Rochelle Luongo, represented by Attorney William Ferrullo, received unanimous, 11-0, support for their expansion plans at 3 Snelling Place from the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC).

The family trust has applied for zoning variances toward a fourth story addition and roof deck. Living space will also be extended to the basement for Unit #1. The request also confirms the occupancy as a three-family building by Inspectional Services.
