“There is a rat infestation coming from the dumpster that belongs to joe’s American bar & grill in the north end. The rats from the dumpster have been living in my car hood, & I have been breathing in rat feces and dander for at least 2 months. My immune system has been compromised from this. And my car electrical system and engine has been damaged due to the rats chewing.”
