A few months ago, NorthEndWaterfront.com added a new weekly post – What’s the 311? – that highlights 311 cases in the neighborhood. 311 is the Mayor’s 24-hour hotline that allows residents to report issues and concerns to the City.
In looking over recent North End / Waterfront cases, there are some common issues that continue to reappear. Which ones do you think should be the neighborhood’s top concern? Vote in our poll and add your thoughts in the comments section below!
Note: Web polls are not scientific, representing only those readers who choose to vote.
To submit a report, call 311, go to the 311 website, tweet at 311, or download the app. All 311 cases are public information and can be found at 311.boston.gov.
I am concerned about the abuse of Handicapped Placards being used in the NE. There should be a way for personnel to check the license plate number with the number on the HP placard. On Sunday, when there are no meter readers, it seems all parking restrictions are ignored. Please help resolve this situation .
I am concerned about the lack of traffic enforcement. Speeding and cars running through red lights.
