Annual Johnny Paolo Bocce Tournament
North End Family Pride Day brought out hundreds to Langone Park for a day of music, bocce and fun kids programs. The annual barbecue was organized by North End Against Drugs (NEAD) with activities including: petting zoo, balloon art, arts and crafts, art contest, kids talent show, baseball tournament, musical entertainment and information tables from Museum of Science, NEW Health, Save the Harbor Save the Bay, Mass Saves and MWRA. The RCN Ice Cream Truck was on hand with free treats. Highlighting the day was the Annual Johnny Paulo Bocce Tournament and live performances by Crosstown, Street Magic and NEMPAC.
