6:00pm Friday Afternoon Concert Series. Fridays in July and August, this concert series will showcase local music
6:30pm Crosstown Live Music at 19 North Square, Boston. The local band Crosstown will perform live, weather permitting.
7:30pm Outdoor Movie: “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” at Rowes Wharf, Boston Harbor Hotel. A young Greek woman falls in love with a non-Greek and struggles to get her family to accept him while she comes to terms with her heritage and cultural identity. Movie starts at dusk.

Since moving from Italy to Boston in 2010, Nicola Orichuia and his wife, Alessandra Mele found reminders of their native Italy in the North End neighborhood. Longing for a different aspect of Italian history and culture, they opened I AM Books at 189 North Street, read in full at The Boston Globe.
