Residents must download applications by August 30 and submit by September 6
Residents have seven days remaining to request applications for The Beverly, Downtown Boston’s first 100% workforce and affordable housing development in more than a quarter century. Applications are available at www.thebeverlyboston.com until nextWednesday, August 30th and must be submitted by September 6th to be eligible for January 2018 move-in.
Located in the North Station neighborhood, across from the TD Garden, The Beverly is an incredible opportunity to live in the heart of the city at an affordable price. It provides 239 downtown luxury apartments with capped rents, including a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and much needed family-sized three-bedroom units in a premier transit-oriented location. Workforce units will be available to households with annual incomes between $64,650-$198,000, with rents starting at $1,940 per month. The low-income units will be available to households with annual incomes of $17,578-$60,000, with rents starting at $492 per month.
