3:00pm Coloring in the Courtyard at North End Library – North End Branch of the Boston Public Library, 25 Parmenter St. Discover the therapeutic benefits of coloring! Relax, reduce stress, and leave feeling restored. Coloring books and supplies will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own materials from home. More information.

5:00pm Tea and Tranquility at Armenian Heritage Park on the Greenway – Age-Friendly Boston, Greenway Conservancy & Friends of Heritage Park invite you, your colleagues & friends to join us for the third and final Tea & Tranquility next Wednesday, August 16. Read more and RSVP.

5:30pm Croquet on the West Lawn of Christopher Columbus Park -The fun starts at 5:30 – 7:30pm. Free and open to all!

6:00pm Fisherman’s Feast at North St., Fleet St., Lewis St. in Boston’s North End – Blessing of the Fishing Waters to Christopher Columbus Park. See the poster.

10:00am Kids Artist in Residence Workshop at Christopher Columbus Park, participation is free but young children must be accompanied by an adult.

5:30pm Boston Workplace Fitness on the Greenway – Milk Street & Atlantic Avenue Cresa Boston would like to bring together employees in nearby offices to The Greenway to participate in a fitness program promoting wellness in the workplace.

Friday, August 18

1:00pm Movie at North End Library. Located at 25 Parmenter Street, the North End Branch of the Public Library. The Club will meet on Fridays from 1-3:30. Following the movie there will be light refreshments and a discussion about the movie. View the posting.

2:00pm Bead-dazzled (Beading) at the North End Library. Located at 25 Parmenter Street, learn to create a beautiful beaded bracelet that you can wear or gift! Please call the library at 617-227-8135 to reserve a spot. View the post.

5:00pm Berklee Summer Concerts at the Greenway. Berklee returns to The Greenway for another summer series of Concerts at the Greenway. Join us every Friday in July and August from 5p-7p for live music performed by Berklee students in our beautiful North End Parks.

6:00pm Friday Afternoon Concert Series. Fridays in July and August, this concert series will showcase local music, located at Sam Adams Park.

6:30pm Crosstown Live Music at 19 North Square. The local band Crosstown will perform live in North Square on Friday, weather permitting.

7:30pm Outdoor Movie: “The Junglebook 2016” at Rowes Wharf, Boston Harbor Hotel, the movie starts at dusk.
