North End Athletic Assoc. Goes to the Celtics and Wally’s Opening Day

The Burgos Family at the Celts Game

Over the past 2 weeks the NEAA has taken over 50 family members to see two Celtics games at TD Garden. As part of being a member of the NEAA programs, we occasionally are able to offer tickets to various sporting events and some cultural events as well.

At the first game the kids go to see the Celtics Survive a record setting 70 point outburst from Devin Booker! In the second game on Friday March 31st the Celtics survived a potential Nor’Easter storm and the Orlando Magic with a 117 – 116 win. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Another treat was sending several NEAA members to see the premier of Wally’s Opening Day this past Sunday – this is thanks to the Boston Red Sox Rookie Ball Program! The NEAA and the Boston Red Sox have been collaborating for over 15 years, the Red Sox provide shirts and hats for our 4 year old clinic and 5 year old T- Ball program as part of the Red Sox Foundation’s Rookie Ball program. We are extremely grateful for the support from the Boston Red Sox and their Foundation over the years.
