10/18/14 9:00 p.m. update: A suspect has been arrested in Fall River regarding this incident, according to Boston Police A-1 Captain Ken Fong and NEWNC Public Safety Chair David Marx.

Boston Police are reporting that about 2:45 am, on Saturday, October 18, 2014, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a call for a female victim stating that she had been indecently assaulted in the area of Tileston & Wiggin Streets.
According to the victim, she was walking home when she noticed an unknown individual (described as a Hispanic male in his early thirties, approximately 5’7” to 5’9” tall, stocky build, with black spiked hair, wearing a white zip-up jacket, blue jeans and camouflage boots) walking behind her.
When the victim turned to acknowledge the suspect, a brief conversation ensued before the suspect grabbed the victim in an indecent manner and then ran off. According the victim, the suspect spoke with what she believes to be a Hispanic accent. Officers conducted a search of the area for the suspect but were unsuccessful in their efforts to locate him.
