Saint Leonard Parish for St. Leonard Church, Sacred Heart & St. Stephen’s Church

(St. Leonard Church is closed for renovations, all services at Sacred Heart, North Square and St. Stephen’s, 401 Hanover St.)

  • Holy Thursday, April 13
    • The Mass of the Last Supper – Sacred Heart Church at 7:00 PM
    • Holy Hour at 8:30 PM.
  • Good Friday, April 14
    • 12:00 Noon – Stations of the Cross at Sacred Heart Church
    • 3:00 PM – Liturgy of Christ’s Passion at Sacred Heart Church
    • 7:00 PM – Stations of the Cross at Sacred Heart Church
  • Holy Saturday, April 15 – The Easter Vigil Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 7:00 PM
  • Easter Sunday, April 16
    • 9:00 AM Mass at Sacred Heart Church
    • 10:30 AM Mass at Sacred Heart Church (Italian Language)
    • 11:00 AM at St. Stephen’s Church
    • 12:00 Noon at Sacred Heart Church


Old North Church, 193 Salem St.

  • Maundy Thursday, April 13 – 6:30pm Simple Agape Supper and Liturgy followed by stripping of the alter
  • Good Friday, April 14 –  1pm Sacred Liturgy
  • Family Easter Service – Saturday, April 15 at 3:30pm followed by Easter Egg Hunt
  • Easter Sunday, April 16 – Services at 9am and 11am

Boston Harbor Community Church

  • Easter Service, April 16 – 10:30am “Come to the Table” & Breakfast

In early April 2010, an Easter Egg Hunt was held on the Prado by the North End Music & Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC).
