Friday, February 3

12:00pm Super Bowl Pep Rally at Faneuil Hall Marketplace.  Join Faneuil Hall Marketplace merchants and members of the Boston University Cheerleading team to rally for the home team as the New England Patriots prepare to take on the Atlanta Falcons for Super Bowl LI. We will be in the West End outside of Quincy Market (near The Salty Dog) from 12 pm – 2 pm.

The Today Show will be also broadcasting live from Faneuil Hall Marketplace, near Cheers, from around 6:30am through the morning.

Saturday, February 4

9:00am-3:00pm Life of a Swiss Guard Exhibit Opens!  A new photographic exhibition which was unveiled at the Vatican Museum and is now on an international tour is coming to Faneuil Hall in Boston.  ‘Life of a Swiss Guard’, reveals the most photographed military corps in the world in a new light, away from the uniforms and flags.  Admission to the general public is free, runs February 4th through March 26th, 9am-3pm daily on the 4th Floor of Faneuil Hall, Armory, Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company Museum.

Should City Hall Get Tough on Parking Space Savers?

Parking savers are a famous Boston pastime throughout the snow season that has become a tradition in some neighborhoods. All the downtown neighborhood associations are petitioning the Mayor’s Office to join the South End in banning space savers throughout the entire downtown area.
