6:00pm Free Zumba Class at Christopher Columbus Park. The Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series free fitness programming in Boston Parks this summer. The Fitness Series will activate Boston parks while increasing opportunities for physical activity across Boston’s neighborhoods.

6:30pm Greenway’s Summer Fitness: MSL Pilates on Parcel 8. As part of the Greenway’s North End Summer Fitness Schedule: Ali Baldassare from Move SWEAT Love with Ali will lead you through her signature Pilates Fusion Bootcamp class with spin live beats to keep you energized, moving & motivated!

3. Just like that, the Rio 2016 Olympic Games have concluded, below is the final medal count:

  2. I love your picture, Carole, thank you for sharing it. I especially love the juxtaposition of the old North End with the new Boston in the background.
    This sums up what living in a vibrant city is all about. Old and new residents, tourists, commuters and just random passers by all coming together for a street celebration. Not many cities can pull this off.
