In response to the burned out car that has finally been removed from North Street, Lauren Nelson shares these photos of the burned out building at Commercial Wharf and wonders how long it will be before this eyesore is removed. The fire goes back to 2011 when 95 Commercial Wharf was engulfed in smoke flames.

Mark Cuban’s (?) Mega-Yacht “Fountainhead” Drops Anchor in Boston
The 288-foot mega-yacht, Fountainhead, arrived in town on Friday, July 8th, docking at Boston Yacht Haven on the North End waterfront. This building was a cheap-looking eyesore prior to its demise, and it’s been a serious blight on the waterfront for the past 5 years. Anyone know what the status is?
It is a Disgrace.
Good to know others find this neglect objectionable.
