In response to the burned out car that has finally been removed from North Street, Lauren Nelson shares these photos of the burned out building at Commercial Wharf and wonders how long it will be before this eyesore is removed. The fire goes back to 2011 when 95 Commercial Wharf was engulfed in smoke flames.

Excellence V Yacht Docks on North End Waterfront
Leading up to the Memorial Day weekend, Excellence V was docked at Boston Yacht Haven, Commercial Wharf, on Boston’s North End waterfront. According to her website, she can be chartered for $725,000 a week. If you have to ask what that includes, you can’t afford it. She sleeps 12, has a crew of 14, and is 197 feet in length. Read More…

This building was a cheap-looking eyesore prior to its demise, and it’s been a serious blight on the waterfront for the past 5 years. Anyone know what the status is?
It is a Disgrace.
