DePasquale’s Bricco & Mare Restaurants Receive Five Star Diamond Award

The Five Star Diamond Award was presented on June 23rd to Frank DePasquale for excellence in hospitality at his Bricco and Mare restaurants in Boston’s North End.

The award comes from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences (AAHS). Joseph Cinque, President and CEO of AAHS, unveiled the award on Hanover Street at Bricco Ristorante & Enoteca. Frank DePasquale thanked the Academy and credited his staff for their quality work that ultimately resulted in the 5 star award. The crowd was treated to a performance by famed tenor Christopher Macchio, who recently performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

Based out of New York City, AAHS reviews luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel services. The International Star Diamond Award is the organization’s most prestigious emblem of achievement and quality. Among its high profile Board of Trustees is Presidential candidate Donald Trump.

  1. Congratulations Frank DePasquale. This award is well deserved.
My daughter Ashley is 15 years old and Bricco is her favorite restaurant. She’s been eating there since she was 12! Her favorite is the octopus salad.
My favorite is the lamb chops, although you can’t go wrong with any dish!

  2. Frank and Joey are the best. Thier hospitality is second to none!! They always take the time to make you feel welcomed.Bricco is a must, whenever heading to Boston!!
