Grand Opening of Rigoletto Ristorante on Salem Street [Photos]

2015-07 | Rigoletto Opening-54-2The grand opening of Rigoletto Ristorante is finally here! Located at 115 Salem Street in Boston’s North End, owner Nestor Patiño, Chef Alex Herrera and General Manager Alex Garcia persevered through a multi-year renovation and permitting process at the location formerly occupied by Sapori di Napoli cafe. With this week’s opening, the team is eager to present their own style of Italian specialties to the neighborhood.

“Eat Local, Drink Wine, Live Happy” is the slogan of Rigoletto. “We are serving organic meats, 100% naturally raised with no hormones, homemade pasta and sauces, at reasonable prices,” said Manager Alex (pictured below).

The menu is available online with homemade pasta dishes and specialties including Cozze con Pancetta, Capellini con Gamberetti, Bistecca della Casa and Cacciucco alla livornese.

The restaurant will offer unique cocktails, such as “Masquerade” with Sky Vodka Citrus, Chambord, ginger liqueur, homemade sour mix and a lime wedge. The wine list features selections from Italy, California and Argentina along with a thematic match to the menu. The completely renovated location seats just over 40 patrons including a dining bar.

Formally open as of July 12th, Rigoletto Ristorante is serving dinner 7-days from 4pm-12am. Lunch is expected to be added in a few weeks. For more information, see RigolettoRistorante.com or on Facebook.

    1. Take a deep breath Mark…..people usually find typos and spelling mistakes very soon after publication.

  1. My wife and I went to Rigoletto’s last night and had a terrific meal, complemented by attentive, knowledgeable staff…..we would highly recommend them to everyone looking for something new in the north end….
