The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) voted 8-0 in support of a petition to change the occupancy at 59-61 Endicott Street, the former location of Pat’s Pushcart.
Several years ago, a permit was inexplicably granted by the city ti convert the restaurant space into residential units. To make the change legal, in retrospect, the former property owner is seeking a zoning variance. No work is being performed as it as completed years ago. Attorney Daniel Toscano represented 61 Endicott Street LLC.
