Last summer, several North End waterfront residents experienced “canoe man” who rides the harbor in his canoe and gets off at various docks to do karate moves. He also tends to scream at people passing by. A neighbor sends in this first sighting of canoe man for the 2014 season. Here’s to the summer season!
