North End Waterfront Health CEO Jim Luisi met with Vice President Joe Biden in Washington D.C. on May 20 to discuss the Affordable Care Act and improving funding for community health centers. Mr. Luisi was invited to the White House as part of his role as Speaker of the House for the National Association of Community Health Centers.
