Easter Egg Hunt Photos and Wrapup

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to this year’s Egg Hunt – It was awesome.

If you see John from The Living Room, or any of your friends who are part of the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park group – say THANK YOU for sponsoring this year’s hunt – for helping to stuff the eggs – and for bringing coffee and cookies to the park.

THANK YOU to all friends and neighbors who came with a nice attitude – I saw a lot of kindness and good will amongst you all – MANY folks helped out, and many gave up eggs to be re-hidden for kids who didn’t get many, or any.

Thank you ESPECIALLY to older kids Michael, Alphie, Matthew, Charlie, Sam, Daniel, Liam F, Liam R, Maya, Juliana, Ryan, Peter, Patricia’s grand-daughter (just met her today – can’t remember her name), Isaac, Simon – and several others who jumped in to lend a hand – for helping to hide about 1,700 eggs. It was fun to see these Eliot kids, St John’s kids, and Quincy kids working together so nicely.

Thank you Aaron Michlewitz, and Packy for coming, and for your help distributing the eggs to be hidden. Nothing like rolling up your sleeves and helping out – you guys rock.

Thank you Matt Conti, and Phil Orlandella for coming and taking photos – I can’t wait to see them.

And thank you for the kind words and emails after the fact.

  1. Awwwwwww …… that looks like so much fun. Hoping everybody had a wonderful time. Love the photos. It make me feel it was worth stuffing all those plastic eggs and pinching our fingers more often than not in the process. I had a baby massage client and her mommy to teach, so I missed it. Just wait til next year!
