The long vacant building on Cross Street near the corner of Endicott Street was torn down this week, next to J. Pace. The one story structure had a sign that said “Cigars” on it from when it was a retail shop. We have not heard any plans for the property other than the usual talk of an apartment building or simply adding to the adjacent small parking lot. If you have any information, leave a comment below.
Thanks to Donna Wells for the action photo!
great location to utilize , but i heard a parking lot , come on , accommodate about 10 car’s what a waste !!!!!!
If they do not build luxury condos or a hotel here they are wasting the property, let’s be honest.
too small a space!
How can that be too small of a space? it is at least 1600 sq. ft parcel
Who owns the property and who paid to tear it down? Wasn’t this originally a cheese store?
did you know you can find out who owns any property by going on masslandrecords.com ?
