North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) Zoning, Licensing & Construction (ZLC) Committee Co-Chairs Victor Brogna and David Kubiak presented an overview of the many large redevelopment projects proposed in the Haymarket, North Station and West End areas, to allow the North End/Waterfront community to understand the full picture as the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) and each developer make their individual project presentations over the next few months. Some projects are in construction, some are already approved for construction, and others are in the BRA Article 80 public review and Massachusetts environmental review processes.
The following map of nearby development projects was distributed at the September 12, 2013 meeting, including the coordinating explanatory table.
