The demolition of the building at Lovejoy Wharf is in full progress, as captured here by Dr. Joe Mendola. The historic Hoffman building adjacent to the N. Washington St. Bridge is being renovated for the new headquarters of Nike’s Converse, the sneaker company. The building currently being torn down is at 131 Beverly Street and set to be a new 14-story residential building.
