News from Related Beal at Lovejoy Wharf:
Residents at Related Beal’s Lovejoy Wharf condominiums will have a new neighbor in breakout restaurateur Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli. The Eastern Standard and Island Creek Oyster Bar alum will bring his own vision to the Robert A.M. Stern designed residential condominium in 2018, offering indoor and outdoor waterfront dining and drinks in one of Boston’s most memorable settings.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli to Lovejoy Wharf, and to offer our residents and neighbors a premier dining experience from one of Boston’s rising restaurateurs,” said Kimberly Sherman Stamler, President of Related Beal. “His new restaurant will deliver a must-visit destination to enjoy a sunset cocktail and celebrate and gather with friends and family. It is also the perfect complement to the amenities here – from our Luxury Attaché service, to exceptional roof deck, and door-to-door valet. Together the offerings at Lovejoy Wharf create a new level of luxury and lifestyle for all of our residents.”
Schlesinger-Guidelli will pair his hospitality experience with a stunningly distinguished location. This new venture builds on an exciting neighborhood that is minutes away from the TD Garden, award-winning restaurants, exceptional retailers and popular fitness studios. Lovejoy Wharf sits on Boston’s waterfront at the nexus of the North End and Beacon Hill, and is easily accessible by car, bike, foot, train, and – soon – water taxi. The restaurant will have access to private outdoor space along the newly transformed wharf, where diners can take in spectacular views of Boston Harbor, the Zakim Bridge, and the Bunker Hill Monument. It is expected to open in Spring of 2018.
Related Beal has a long history of incorporating exceptional dining experiences into their residential offerings. The Arlington hosts Johnny Sheehan’s Liquid Art House, and The Clarendon is home to Post 390. In New York City, Related recently announced a new culinary collection at Hudson Yards with concepts from star chefs Thomas Keller, David Chang, Costas Spiliadis, and Jose Andrés. Related’s Time Warner Center is home to Per Se, PorterHouse, Masa and will soon welcome Momofuku Noodle Bar and a BlueBird from London.
“We build homes with lasting appeal, in neighborhoods where people want to live and invest,” said Sherman Stamler. “A key part of that process is finding the right hospitality partners, and we look forward to welcoming Tom and his team to the neighborhood.”
