57 Snowhill Street, James Ferrera has filed a building permit application to expand the existing rooftop head house from 52 square feet to 245 square feet to create additional living space and to install a 42-inch railing along the roof’s edge.

181 North Washington Street, VPNE Parking Solutions is seeking approval to continue the use of the 7-space outdoor parking lot on the former service station property at the intersection of Endicott Street and North Washington Street.

20 Parmenter Street and 244-246R Hanover Street – The new development team for conversion of the former North End Union on Parmenter Street and construction of a new 5-story building at the former VFW Post on Hanover Street seeks new zoning approvals for the purpose of changing the previously proposed first-floor commercial/retail spaces to residential use and increasing the total number of residential units in the two buildings from 15 apartments previously approved to 28 apartments. The development team will also present revised architectural plans for the new Hanover Street building.
