Residents’ Association Nominates Robyn Reed for Greenway Conservancy Board of Trustees

At this week’s meeting of the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association, President Jim Salini introduced NEWRA’s nominee to the Greenway Conservancy Board of Trustees, Robyn Reed.

“NEWRA’s Executive Committee believes that she will be a superb representative of NEWRA and the North End/Waterfront neighborhood,” said Salini.

Robyn is a NEWRA member and lives on Battery Street in the North End. Her current employment is as the Associate Dean of Admissions at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in the Fenway section of Boston. She also currently serves as the co-chair of the Horticulture Committee for the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park. Robyn has a background in horticulture, art and finance.

It is anticipated that Robyn’s nomination will be voted on at the next Greenway Conservancy Board meeting in early 2013. NEWRA’s designee will join John Pregmon, representing the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC. Pregmon was voted on to the Greenway Conservancy Board at the December 2012 board meeting.
