A working session regarding the proposed Nuisance Control Ordinance has been scheduled for Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 10:00 am on the Fifth Floor (Curley Room) of Boston City Hall. This working session came out of the recent hearing where several North End residents testified. The purpose of the working session is to work out logistics of how the warnings and fines will be assessed and collected. The session is open to the public, but there will be no comment period. Questions or comments can be directed to Stephen Passacantilli at stephen.passacantill@cityofboston.gov.
