The big day is coming up on Saturday, October 20th at 1:00 pm when the statue of Tony DeMarco will be unveiled in the North End on the corner of Hanover and Cross Streets (near Mother Anna’s). In preparation for the celebration scheduled during Italian Heritage Month, DeMarco is interviewed by BNN News in this video clip.

The Friends of the North End Branch Library dedicated the newly restored Palazzo Ducale diorama this week and celebrated the completion of this special project. Christmas Tree Celebration at Top of Hanover Street in North End [Photos]

Christmas came to the Gateway of the North End at the corner of Hanover and Cross Streets with a tree celebration featuring Santa, carolers and refreshments.
