Salem Street Roadway to be Repaired and Resurfaced with New Sidewalk Ramps

There is a light at the end of the tunnel for Salem Street residents, businesses and visitors. The street construction work is almost done.

According to the Department of Public Works, Contractor Lorusso Corp will be working in Salem Street in the North End doing permanent repair patching on Tuesday 10/23 and Wednesday 10/24.

The Department of Public Works will follow with:

· Sidewalk/ramp construction

· Roadway resurfacing

The plan is to be finished with the whole project by Thanksgiving.
