The June 2012 calendar for the North End Branch Library is out.

Children’s Program Highlights
Read Your Way to Fenway summer essay contest runs from June 1 – July 20, and kids ages 5-17 are eligible for entry. Read at least three books, write an essay about your favorite, and you could win tickets to see the Red Sox play at Fenway Park (game day is Sunday, August 26).

Dream Big: READ! Summer Reading-Kids and teens ages 3 – 18 can sign up to win prizes for reading during the summer beginning on July 2. See the Children’s Librarian for details. Also there are many fun “night” and “dream”- themed guests and activities all summer long.
