Christmas Tree Collection – First Two FULL Weeks in January
Public Works will collect Christmas trees for composting from January 2 to January 13. Remove all ornaments, decorations, and stands from trees and place trees at the curb by 7am on your recycling day.
For the North End, the two pickup days by Public Works are Friday, January 6th and 13, 2012. Residents of buildings with private trash pickup should check with their landlord or management company.
Do not put trees in plastic bags.
Reminder: Trash pickup by Public Works returns to a normal schedule the week of January 2nd (M/W/F) in the North End.
