230-232 and 234-238 Hanover Street: 230-238 Hanover Street Nominee Trust has filed applications with the City of Boston Board of Appeal seeking to subdivide the two properties in order to separate the ownership. The subdivision triggers zoning violations including insufficient open space and inadequate parking. The above video shows the applicant presenting to the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) on October 12, 2011. On October 4, 2011, the Board of Appeal approved variances allowing the subdivision.
