The Santa Rosalia Di Palermo Society commemorated the 10th Anniversary of the September 11th attacks as part of their annual procession through Boston’s North End with the statue of Santa Rosalia. The society presented a plaque to the North End Fire House in thanks to their years of service to the community. The procession also made a special stop on the Prado at the VFW Memorial where taps was played by the Italian American Marching Band.

Limousine Bursts into Flames on Commercial Street
Around 9:00 on Wednesday night, a limousine caught fire on Commercial Street, near the intersections of North and Salutation Streets.
