Aragosta Chef David Daniels – Video Interview

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Chef David Daniels at Aragosta Bar & Bistro. Aragosta is the new restaurant at Fairmont Battery Wharf on the North End waterfront with indoor dining and an 60-person outdoor terrace.

Aragosta translates to “lobster” in Italian, setting the stage for an “Italian-Mediterranean” menu featuring hand-made pastas and a mix of meats and seafood. Chef Daniels also operates Topper’s at the Wauwinet in Nantucket and was previously at Stephanie’s on Newbury, Ambrosia on Huntington and The Federalist.
