Saturday, April 28th was the annual Boston Shines citywide neighborhood cleanup. North End “Love Your Block” Cleans Up [Photos]

Volunteers spread out across the North End on Saturday morning for the annual “Love Your Block” neighborhood cleanup. T-shirts and tools were distributed as groups went off to various streets, parks and alleys to get things spruced up for Spring. Boston Shines: Cleaning Public Alley 101

Neighbors around Public Alley 101 missed the big group photo on the Prado for Boston Shines, but are just as deserving of credit for cleaning up their neck of the neighborhood. One of the classic (and cleanest) North End alleys, Public Alley 101 traverses Richmond Street to Cross Street, parallel to old Commercial Street.
