In memory of Robert “Bobby D” DeCristoforo, a memorial service was held at St. Leonard Church, followed by a candlelight procession through the neighborhood to Bobby D’s residence on Fleet Street, where signed balloons were released. The service took place on Sunday, August 1st, in conjunction with North End Family Pride Week, organized by NEAD (North End Against Drugs), an organization founded by Bobby D.
