NEWRA Elects New Slate of Officers at Annual Meeting

New Executive Committee for the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA)

The North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association elected a new slate of officers for the coming year at the October 8th annual meeting. The one year terms will be for the period of October 2009 through October 2010.

President:                           Mark Paul, Prince Street (for a second term)
Vice President:                   Stephanie Hogue, Henchman Street
Treasurer:                          Sanjoy Mahajan, Jackson Avenue
Secretary:                           Katie Kulikoski, Charter Street
Sergeant of Arms:              Paula Noukas, Fleet Street

The above slate was recommended by the Nomination Committee. There were no nominations from the floor. The vote was made by acclamation.

NEWRA members were invited to celebrate another successful year with cake, cookies and coffee after the meeting. Boston Police Captain Bernie O’Rourke and Sergeant Lema also joined the residents.
