Rescuing “Captain Bob” – The Rising from Boston Harbor
A victim of the latest storms has been poor Captain Bob at Union Wharf Marina. The boat was seen taking on water Monday afternoon and succumbed to the harbor overnight. Oil cleanup services were on the scene. Richard Chalfen captured “the rising” on Tuesday from Commercial Street in these photographs.
