North End crime statistics for September 2009 show the third consecutive month of improvement, according to Boston Police. Bomb Scare on Fulton Street
Boston Police tweeted a bomb threat at 57 Fulton Street this morning. Residents on the block were evacuated around 10am this morning due to a phony bomb in an unoccupied apartment.
