Bike Stunt Vandals Cut Benches in Gassy
Over the weekend, a group of young men were caught on video vandalizing the benches in the Gassy, also known as DeFilippo Playground and Prince Street Park. Boston Police A-1 later found and arrested the one with the angle cutter. Read more here.

Battery Wharf Hotel Strike Becomes Longest Strike in UNITE HERE Local 26 History
UNITE HERE Local 26 Battery Wharf Hotel workers have now been on strike for 50 days, becoming the longest strike in the union’s history. Workers at Battery Wharf Hotel along the North End’s waterfront went on strike on September 5, 2019 as negotiations broke down with the hotel. Read more here.

Eliot Students Build Robots, Dissect Brains as Part of Massachusetts STEM Week
