The “free speech” rally on Boston Common was quickly drowned out by the thousands of protestors that denounced racism. Rally attendees were escorted out in Boston Police wagons while protestors chanted. Police arrested those who interfered with the escort.

It is a shame that so many media outlets are focusing on the few marchers that were out of line or arrested. The march was outstanding as a peaceful event. 15,000 or more counter protesters acted in a manner that reflected their concern about hate speech.
