The Massachusetts Restaurant Association held its annual Awards Dinner this week celebrating five leaders in the industry, including Frank DePasquale of Depasquale Ventures as Restauranteur of the Year.
A North End power-house, Depasquale is best known for his award-winning North End restaurant concepts that include Bricco, Il Panino Trattoria, MareOyster Bar and Quattro.
Five Industry Leaders were Honored by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association for their excellence in the industry and leadership: Donato Frattaroli, Massachusetts Restaurant Association Chairman of the Board and Owner of Il Molo and Captain Fishbones, Rob Cotton of Retail Control Solutions, Ayr Muir of Clover Food Lab, Charlie Perkins of Boston Restaurant Group, Frank DePasquale of DePasquale Ventures, Kevin Long of Big Night Entertainment and Bob Luz, CEO/President of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association.
The Women’s March in Boston attracted a tremendous number of demonstrators, estimated at 175,000 by Boston Police.
