Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker was the keynote speaker on Sunday night at the 241st Lantern Ceremony. Introducing Gov. Baker was Old North Foundation Vice Chair Catherine Matthews.
Since 1875, on the eve of Patriot’s Day, Old North has commemorated the hanging of the lanterns.
