The 101st Saint Agrippina’s Feast kicked off on Thursday night with an opening night procession down Hanover Street. There was dancing in the square with the statue of St. Agrippina and a children’s procession with a smaller version. Watch the video for some clips of the event.

It’s great that you guys still keep the heritage and traditions still going and that it’s great to see the kids that are involved maybe I will try to come and see the Festival I’ll try to make it all the way from New York.
My father was from Minoe to my understanding his uncle Antonio who had two sons that served in the miltary ( dont know what branch ) migrated either in the 19 fifties or early sixties. I’m wondering if there are any Russo’s still around.My Fathers was Antonino he’s no longer with us so I’m limited with with any other information . He was one of seven my grand father was Giuseppe Russo.
