The Friends of the North End played their final tournament game at the bocce courts on Sunday, June 14th.
Team 4 made up of players Paul Troisi, Anthony Antidormi, Joe Testa and alternate Sam Viscione (playing for Paul DaBene Sr.) defeated Team 7 made up of players Gus Pesaturo, Anthony Gaeta, Richie Palumbo and alternate Victor Passacantilli (playing for Ron P. Fucillo).
The tournament ended in a tie requiring team 4 and 7 to play a one game playoff.
Team 4 is this year’s Friends Of The North End champions and will be honored at the summer bocce banquet to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.
